Shoren

Gender: Male

Birthdate: May 26th

Character Type: Jujinkai, Wolf Type, Pack of the Midnight Moon

Build: 6'9" and fairly thickset, with muscles that come from living in the wild and being constantly on the move

Eyes: Deep, midnight blue

Hair: Long and dark brown, usually braided and falling down past his waist. He has a few shorter bits that frame his face.

Facial Features: Shoren has a fairly square-ish face with a thick-set jaw that juts forward slightly. His eyes are spaced well apart and his mouth is wide, often baring fangs.

Personality: Shoren is like a playful pup who never grew up. He's always joking and playing around, hardly ever has a serious moment, even hunting and evading capture are games to him. However, he will get deathly serious and murderous in protecting his sibling.

Additional Details: Shoren, like others of his Jujin type, have four forms: Full human, human with wolf ears and tail, a man-beast form, and a full wolf form. On nights of a full moon he can't resist the power and must revert to his full wolf form until dawn. If he doesn't control his temper, his man-beast form usually manifests.

History: When Shoren and Shoryu were born, their mother attempted to hide them from their pack, staying away as often as possible, hiding the pups. But eventually she was caught, and the pups cast away. They don't know what became of their mother and barely remember her.

Shoren learned to hunt very early to provide for his sibling. However there were many times when the two of them were caught by slavers, the first at the age of seven. Shoren always fought to protect his sibling and never spent more than a day away from Shoryu.

Recently when the wars broke out in Jujinkai, the twins quite literally fell to earth, accidentally activating a gate and coming through to the Kiro Temple.

Miscellaneous Information: Shoren prefers to keep his human form with wolf ears and tail. He's taken a liking to human clothes, the baggier the better. He wears a blue dangling earring in his right ear, and has blue crescent marks on his right cheek and shoulder - energy marks. He hasn't really honed his magic and if he uses it, it tends to just be in wild bursts without thinking about it.
